- Equipment must be returned in the same state (reasonable wear accepted)
- You are responsible for loss, damage, or theft during the rental period
5.3 Usage Restrictions
You must not:
- Tamper with, alter, or attempt repairs
- Use the equipment for illegal or harmful activities
- Sub-rent or transfer the equipment to another party without approval
5.4 Late Fees & Non-Return
- Late returns may incur daily penalty fees
- Lost, stolen, or severely damaged items will be charged at full replacement value
6. Payments & Billing
By using our services, you agree that:
- All prices may be subject to VAT and applicable service fees
- Payment must be made before or upon equipment delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Deposits (if required) must be paid before rental begins
- Unpaid invoices may be subject to additional fees or collection procedures
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within the agreed timeframe may qualify for a refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges
- Custom setups or large bookings may be non-refundable

8. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- The customer must ensure accessible delivery and collection locations
- Extra fees may apply for urgent, after-hours, or special delivery requests
9. Website Use

- Upload malicious software or attempt security breaches
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools
- Post false, offensive, or misleading content
We may restrict access for misuse or suspicious activity.
10. Intellectual Property
